World Net Policies

Submitting Service Cancellation

World Net requires that all accounts are terminated in one of the following two fashions : * Calling the World Net offices directly, using voice communications. * Filling out the Account Cancellation form in the My Account section.

Refund Procedure

World Net has ten (10) business days from the last day of World Net service to refund the remaining balance of funds to the customer, if such balance exists. If a customer cancels the accounts after the 10th day of the month, then the cancellation date is considered to be the end of that month, no later than the 1st day of the following month.

Multi-Month Account Refunds

All accounts pre-paid in a multi-month fashion automatically forfeit the discounted price. The account is priced as a month-to-month regular account, with the balance refunded. The multi-month price is forfeited because the term was not completed.

Setup Fees

Accounts with a setup fee are non-refundable. World Net reserves the right to charge a $15.00 setup fee, if one was not previously charged, on all cancelled accounts in which 10 business days of service have not been completed. If the $15.00 charge is greater than the price of the refund itself, then the refund is forfeited and the remainder of the balance of the setup fee dismissed.

Data Liability

World Net is not responsible for any type of data loss once the request for service cancellation is requested. This includes both physical data and future data loss such as E-Mail.

World Net reservices the right to modify this policy at any time in it's sole and absolute discretion.
