Configure Your E-mail Package

Our service packages offer a variety of E-Mail packages, some with only one E-Mail account, and others with many. This section allows you to add, delete or modify your current E-Mail accounts, and even add an alias.

E-Mail Account : The most common account, used by standard POP3 E-Mail programs like Eudora, Outlook and Netscape to send and receive mail. These accounts also come with WebMail.

Alias accounts : These are not actual E-Mail accounts, but simply email address pointers to existing accounts. Aliases are used when you want 2 (or more) addresses pointing to one account.

    Example : You have a E-Mail address, tom@world-net.net and you would like to have email sent to an address thomas@world-net.net sent to that address also. Thomas would be an alias address in the fact that all mail sent to thomas@world-net.net ends up in the account tom@world-net.net.

    • Process : Once submitted, this request will be processed by an account representative. Once these changes are activated, you will receive a second E-Mail confirming activation and any instructions you may need to get started.

    This confirmation will be sent to the E-Mail address in which you supplied at the top of this form.

    Payment Changes : If for any reason the changes requested require a modification in your billing rate, you will be contacted and advised before the changes are actually processed.

    All submissions are processed 'same-day' unless submitted after-hours.
