2005 PARtner’s Golf Appreciation Day

GUIDELINES/PROCEDURES Only tournament PARtners
who worked 18 hours or more are
eligible for the complimentary round of golf. The complimentary round of golf can be scheduled
for any
MONDAY, TUESDAY or WEDNESDAY between November 17,2005
and January 30, 2006. The golf course may close on some of these
days so not all these days will be available. The
round can be scheduled by calling LaCantera Golf Club anytime
within 3 days of the day being requested at (210) 558-4653. NOTE: The following dates are excluded and not available for PARTNER PLAY – December 29th,
30th, and 31st, 2005 and Monday, January 19th,
2006. The PARtners must provide a credit card number if reserving
slots for guests. PARtners may bring up to 3 guests
each at a special rate of $60.00 per player plus tax. PARtners can choose to play their
round at The Palmer Course IF THEY ARE ACCOMPANIED BY AT LEAST ONE GUEST
PAYING THE SPECIAL $60.00 RATE. The

“TOP 100” PARtners A
second set of “PRIVILEGES” has been approved for higher-level
volunteers. “THE TOP 100 PARtners” (based upon total hours worked) will have
“Level 2” privileges. Though
constrained within the same play window (11/17/05 1/30/06) and possibly select
Mondays and Tuesdays in August, the Level 2 PARtners can schedule their round
of golf 7 days in advance.
